Karl was principal investigator on the ConCOVE Tūhura study, New Zealand's largest research programme on AI in vocational education. It produced the governance model this method is built on, including an ethical framework written in response to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
He has spent twenty years designing systems, processes and learning for organisations across Aotearoa and overseas.
